A new living concept
Woonboulevard Arnhem (furniture mall) was built in the early 1990s and little has changed since. The location and the buildings are tired and outdated and not very inviting to consumers.
These are precisely the locations in which Everglow’s expertise can be used to the max: dusting off forgotten properties and breathing new life into unique locations that deserve better.
We’re going to transform Arnhem’s furniture mall into Retail Park Arnhem – totally up to date and with sustainability, endorsed by BREAAM ‘very good’ with solar panels and without gas, forming an essential element of the development.
Transformation
New façades with an eye-catching copper-coloured trim and connections between the buildings give Retail Park Arnhem a fresh, contemporary look. The powerful and unambiguous advertising is in line with the concept of ‘big box retail’. The transformation of Woonboulevard Arnhem into a retail park that is future-resilient and sustainable is a joint venture of Everglow and Belgian investor Mitiska REIM. Woonboulevard Arnhem was acquired in July 2021.
